Meeting in the relaxed environment of a beautiful golf course often allows for a friendlier, more open exchange of thoughts and ideas. It's also a great way to show a valued employee or customer how much you appreciate their association with you.

Our corporate programs offer the ultimate combination of business and pleasure. We tailor a program specific to your company’s goals and needs. We work with your meeting planners to create the perfect golf outing for your company. Our team will handle every detail to make sure your golf event is a wonderfully memorable experience for all who attend.

Golf events are a great tool to bring clients, prospective clients and sales teams closer together. It is a terrific way to entertain and build relationships with your clients or show your appreciation to your employees. Let us design a program that fits the specific needs of your company. Programs are customized but can include any of the following: breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktail parties, golf instruction, playing lessons, 9-18 holes of golf, tournaments, prizes, gift packages, accommodations, transportation, meeting rooms.

SAMPLE ITINERARY

Executive Golf offers a range of formats for your corporate golf event. Small Group Programs are ideal for corporate board meetings, special committee meetings and customer or employee appreciation events. Choose from one to four day formats. Our small group program is ideal for clients who want to entertain in an intimate and relaxed setting. The format allows plenty of time for meetings and bonding/team building. Here is an example of a corporate outing for 6-12 participants. Let us work with your company to create a program that works best for you!

Day one: Guests arrive throughout the day with the option to play golf or use the spa/resort facilities on their own. A cocktail reception is held at 6pm in a private dining room at the resort. Dinner follows at 7:00 pm.

Day two: Breakfast is served from 7-8:30. A golf clinic is scheduled from 9-12 followed by lunch. After lunch groups play 18 holes with their instructors and benefit from on-course instruction. Dinner is at 7pm.

Day three: Breakfast is served from 7-8. 18 hole golf tournament starts at 8:30am. Meetings are scheduled from 4-6 and dinner is served after completion of meeting.

Day four: Breakfast is served from 7-8am. Checkout by 12:00 pm, no scheduled events.
